Taylor McCaw is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer, with a particular focus on disputes arising within the construction industry. She has worked with large corporations and high net worth individuals across a wide range of disputes, including in the construction, insolvency, property, and intellectual property sectors. She has also advised and represented clients in regulatory investigations, commissions of inquiry, and international public inquiries.
Taylor's most recent experience prior to joining Jones Day includes acting for an international consulting firm in relation to the Grenfell Tower Public Inquiry in the United Kingdom and acting for an Australian construction company in a high-stakes dispute against Queensland's building regulator with simultaneous litigation in the Supreme Court of Queensland and Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
Before joining Jones Day, Taylor worked at an international law firm in the United Kingdom where she was a member of the commercial litigation team.
