Stephen Miller's practice focuses on antitrust, general commercial, products liability, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other complex litigation matters, as well as internal investigations. Stephen has participated in jury trials, mediations, and discovery hearings in state and federal courts and has effectively deposed key witnesses. He has extensive experience in all aspects of discovery, particularly in how to maximize cost-effective results using e-discovery tools.

Stephen has represented clients such as Yazaki Corporation, RE/MAX, Experian Information Solutions, R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, Macy's, and Indivior in a variety of complex litigation matters.

While attending law school, Stephen assisted Washington, D.C. attorneys with federal appellate litigation, including cases argued in the United States Supreme Court.
