Sam Micon's practice focuses on representing employers in complex employment matters that arise under federal, state, and local employment laws. His experience includes advising clients on legal risk stemming from employee discipline or termination and counseling clients on proactive ways to avoid litigation.
Sam represents clients such as GCA Advisors, Reynolds American, and the San Francisco Symphony.
Sam shares the Firm's commitment to pro bono representation and has successfully tried two asylum cases before the San Francisco Immigration Court. He currently represents a minor Salvadoran refugee in her application for asylum.
