Patrick Metz assists energy clients in power-related asset transactions and the sale and purchase of wind, solar, and natural gas generation facilities. He has also handled ratemaking, complaint, and merger proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, provided counseling and training with respect to FERC and state regulatory compliance, and conducted regulatory due diligence.

Patrick maintains an active pro bono practice. Before attending law school, he worked in a variety of roles in public policy consulting and advocacy. He is a member of the Energy Bar Association and the National LGBT Bar Association.
