Juliette Macé practices in the areas of private and public M&A and securities law. She advises French and foreign clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, joint ventures, capital markets, and corporate law matters.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Juliette completed several internships at French and international law firms. She also gained valuable experience as an M&A broker in London where she advised major investment funds on the implementation of warranty and indemnity (W&I) insurance.
