Jack McNeill represents lenders and borrowers in complex commercial banking and finance transactions. He has experience with secured and unsecured financings, syndications, asset-based facilities, acquisition and working capital financings, real estate financings, and subordinated debt transactions. Jack's experience also includes public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, tender offers, and other M&A transactions, along with general corporate governance matters and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) periodic reporting and disclosure requirements.
