Dana Molt counsels and defends clients throughout the health care ecosystem, including the health care, pharmaceutical, pharmacy, digital health, and life sciences industries. Dana has counseled on a variety of complex regulatory and compliance issues and has represented clients facing civil litigation and criminal investigation.

Dana has experience defending health care clients in investigations and litigation relating to the False Claims Act (FCA), the federal Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), the Stark Law, and the Food, Drug, and Cosmetics Act (FDCA) brought by federal agencies and qui tam whistleblowers. Dana has also supported clients engaged in strategic transactions and has provided guidance on regulatory and compliance issues in the telemedicine and pharmacy space.

Dana's recent work includes representing a national pharmacy in nationwide litigation relating to opioid dispensing and distribution practices.

Prior to attending law school, Dana spent two years teaching English to high school students in South Carolina as a Teach For America (TFA) corps member before working in health care and health policy research for an academic research institute located in Boston, Massachusetts.
