Caitlyn Martin represents public and private companies as well as private equity funds in a variety of strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings. She also assists clients with general corporate governance and business law matters and has experience in the health care, real estate, insurance, manufacturing, and retail industries. She has represented clients such as Cardinal Health, L Brands, The Riverside Company, and Ohio Transmission Corporation.
Caitlyn also participates in pro bono efforts, assisting individuals with legal issues relating to clemency, veterans affairs, and constitutional law.
Caitlyn served as a judicial law clerk in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit prior to joining Jones Day. Before attending law school she worked in the financial services assurance practice at EY in Chicago.
