Brian Mulcahy's practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, with a particular emphasis on private equity, including transactions in health care, food, and industrials space. He has significant experience leading deals in both healthy and distressed transactions.
Brian has represented various private equity funds in leveraged buyout transactions and counsels many of their portfolio companies on critical legal matters. He also has significant experience representing strategic buyers and sellers in a variety of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Brian's recent transactions include upwards of $1B of acquisition and divestures in the middle market. These clients include The Riverside Company, Resilience Capital Partners, and Goldman Sachs.
Brian is a member of The Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
