Tony Masero focuses on advising financial institutions concerning regulatory and litigation matters, with a particular focus on structured finance transactions and the large variety of related consumer and commercial products. His practice includes large-scale portfolio assessments, advising banks in matters involving federal and state regulators, and representing financial institutions in complex litigation, including putative class action lawsuits. Tony also has acted as pro bono counsel for individuals facing eviction in Massachusetts, for local community nonprofit organizations, and unaccompanied minors and asylum seekers.
Tony began his career at Jones Day in 2015, and he rejoined the Firm in 2017, following a clerkship at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
