Amy's experience in contentious matters includes high-value, multijurisdictional patent disputes for some of the world's leading companies in a wide range of industry sectors. She has worked on a number of noncontentious matters involving licenses, assignments, and agreements for the use and commercial exploitation of clients' intellectual property rights.
Early in her career Amy worked in engineering for a major oil and gas services company. Her scientific background includes a master's degree in physics.
