Pierre Larcher practices in the area of general corporate and securities law, focusing on capital markets and public M&A deals. He advises companies and financial institutions on a wide array of capital markets transactions including equity and debt offerings and IPOs.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2018, Pierre worked as an intern for a Magic Circle law firm and in the securities law and corporate governance department of a leading French pharmaceutical and health care group.
