Macarena Lipperheide advises on Spanish and cross-border financing transactions, securitizations, and Spanish financial regulatory matters. She represents domestic and international clients on a wide range of transactions, including corporate, real estate, acquisition, project, leverage, and structured finance. She also has experience in due diligence, refinancings, and restructurings and in the renewable energy sector.
Macarena acts on behalf of lenders and borrowers, such as investment funds, multinational banks, and private and public institutions, that operate in a variety of industries including real estate, financial services, energy, and infrastructure.
Macarena's practice is also focused on financial regulatory matters, advising international institutions on different aspects on the financial markets in Spain, and she participates in debt secondary trading transactions and advising securitization fund sponsors.
In addition, Macarena has experience advising developers, investors, and investment funds in the sale and purchase of photovoltaic projects and in the construction and development of self-consumption energy projects in Spain.
