Sara Lynch's practice focuses on data privacy, cybersecurity, risk management, and internal investigations. She advises clients on compliance with various U.S. consumer privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). She also assists clients in conducting cybersecurity and audit investigations.
Sara's pro bono practice includes drafting privacy policies and terms of use for nonprofit camps and virtual education programs.
