Lynette Lim is a corporate lawyer focusing on projects and infrastructure transactions. She has represented financiers, sponsors, project companies, and other stakeholders throughout the many stages in the life cycle of a project. Lynette has advised on regulatory (including licensing and compliance) and structuring matters, as well as construction, project development, operation, and maintenance arrangements, involving data centers, incineration plants, desalination plants, solar power facilities, and domestic and cross-border railways. In addition, Lynette advises on general corporate and commercial matters.
Before joining Jones Day, Lynette practiced for approximately seven years at a top Singapore law firm. During this time she was seconded for six months to a Magic Circle law firm in Hong Kong where she worked on a range of private equity matters.
