Kelsey Lobisser focuses her practice on complex civil litigation in federal and state courts. She has experience in numerous aspects of litigation, including fact investigation, drafting pretrial and dispositive motions, discovery, and internal investigations.
Kelsey also maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing individuals from Central America seeking asylum in the United States, nonprofit organizations, and survivors of human trafficking.
