Kayasha Lyons practices complex commercial litigation, with a focus on securities litigation. Kayasha conducts internal investigations on behalf of companies and represents clients in connection with regulatory investigations and enforcement matters brought by the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). She also has experience defending clients in federal securities class action lawsuits.
Kayasha maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented clients in immigration, domestic violence, and uncontested divorce proceedings.
