Jia Yin Leong's practice is focused on cross-border transactions in the areas of project and corporate finance, debt restructuring, and corporate law. She assists clients in all stages of financing transactions, including structuring, drafting and negotiating mandate documents, facility agreements and related security packages, syndication of facilities, and documentation of inter-creditor arrangements.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Jia Yin practiced at a top-tier Singapore law firm where she advised companies, businesses, and financial institutions in debt restructurings and financing transactions in Southeast Asia, including acquisition, project, and real estate development financing and syndicated facilities.
Jia Yin is also actively involved in her local community and works with various organizations to assist low-income individuals with their legal needs.
