Ian Lange practices in the real estate area, focusing on joint ventures, financings, acquisitions, dispositions, and development-related agreements. He has particular experience in the multifamily housing industry, having worked on numerous transactions for the acquisition and development of apartment projects with a variety of capitalization structures, including single-asset and programmatic ventures, preferred equity investments, and secured debt. Ian also represents clients in the real estate aspects of merger and acquisition transactions and corporate real estate service matters.
