Flora Lo's practice focuses on M&A, capital markets, and general corporate matters. She advises clients in Hong Kong and China on M&A, initial public offerings on the Main Board and the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, joint ventures, and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2018, Flora practiced at an international law firm and at one of the first private Chinese law firms. During this time she represented: IMS Group Holdings, an LED lighting products and services provider, in its initial public offering on the GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; the joint sponsors of a listing applicant engaged in the financial services industry in its proposed initial public offering on the GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; a private company in its approximately HK$76.5 million acquisition of 51 percent shares in a company that provides ground handling services at the Hong Kong International Airport; a private company in its proposed acquisition of shares in a Hong Kong company that provides cargo handling at the Hong Kong International Airport; and China Renewable Energy Investment Limited in its bonus issue of warrants.
