Eric Lauria-Banta's practice focuses on domestic and international transactions, primarily in the energy industry, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions, and commercial agreements. He has experience representing public and private energy companies, strategic investors, and private equity firms. Eric also represents companies before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) in administrative litigation and counsels clients with respect to FERC and state regulatory compliance.

Eric maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes representing individuals with their asylum claims and other immigration relief through Jones Day's Laredo Project.
