Emma Lanzon represents and counsels clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. She has diverse litigation experience, including motions practice, offensive and defensive discovery, and pretrial preparation.
Emma maintains an active pro bono practice, representing victims of human trafficking in criminal restitution and civil proceedings. She also recently assisted in drafting a writ of certiorari relating to a criminal conviction and is actively involved in Jones Day's Laredo Project, in which the Firm is providing access to the rule of law for detained refugees.
