Dina Ljekperic practices complex commercial litigation with a focus on securities litigation, white collar matters, and internal investigations. She has represented individuals and entities in connection with regulatory investigations and enforcement matters before the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). She has diverse litigation experience, including research, briefing and motions practice, witness interviews, and e-discovery. Dina has also advised clients on compliance-related issues.
Dina maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in domestic violence proceedings, asylum, and other immigration matters.
Prior to law school, Dina worked at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office as an investigative analyst, where she worked extensively with prosecutors investigating police and political corruption.
