Bailey Loverin represents clients in data security incidents. Her experience includes drafting consumer and regulator breach notices, advising clients on notification compliance, and working with forensic investigators, notification vendors, and PR firms to minimize litigation risks.

Bailey is well poised to represent clients for whom a data breach leads to subsequent litigation as she is experienced in drafting trial-level motions and briefs, preparing witnesses for trial, and engaging in discovery and fact analysis. She assisted in achieving a positive outcome for an international technology company in a breach of contract case that proceeded to mediation and assisted in a successful arbitration and discovered crucial evidence that led to the successful opposition of a temporary restraining order (TRO) in a noncompete dispute.

Bailey maintains an active pro bono practice. Through the Firm's Laredo Project she has successfully represented multiple families and individuals seeking asylum after being persecuted in their home countries. Bailey has also led office fundraisers for Pine Street Inn, a homeless shelter, and Greater Boston Legal Services. While in law school, Bailey served as president of the UCLA Law Trial Team, which became the top-ranked trial advocacy team in the nation under her tenure; she now coaches the UCLA Law Trial Team and teaches mock trial to Boston middle school students.
