Sylvain Kabeya has worked on numerous high-dollar private equity, M&A, and joint venture transactions for a wide range of clients.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2017, Sylvain advised OVH Groupe on the acquisition of the U.S. and EU vCloud Air business from VMware; OVH Groupe on the minority investment of Towerbrook and KKR in its share capital; Nestlé SA on the creation of Froneri Limited, a joint venture between Nestlé SA and R&R Group (controlled by PAI Partners); Nestlé SA on the sale of Davigel to Brakes (controlled by Bain Capital); and Intermediate Capital Group on the acquisition of a minority stake in the Charlois Groupe.

Sylvain is a member of the African Business Lawyers' Club.
