Shannon Kitzer represents and counsels clients in a range of complex litigation matters, including internal investigations, government enforcement proceedings, and high-stakes multidistrict litigation. She has diverse litigation experience, including e-discovery and document management, motions practice, offensive and defensive discovery, preparation of witnesses, and pretrial preparation.
Shannon's recent work includes representing a national pharmacy in nationwide litigation relating to opioid dispensing and distribution practices. She also has worked as an advocate for tenants facing eviction with Lawyers' Committee for Better Housing (LCBH).
