Peter Kahnert focuses his practice on complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. He has represented clients in investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice and the Securities Exchange Commission, as well as matters involving business torts and contract disputes. Peter has experience in many aspects of litigation, including drafting motions, legal research, discovery, and trial preparation.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Peter served as a law clerk in the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office Public Corruption Unit in Cleveland, Ohio.
