Minjae Kim focuses on complex commercial litigation and government investigations involving domestic and international companies and high net worth individuals. She has experience in matters involving contract disputes, mass tort claims, intellectual property litigation, and tax appeals.
Minjae is a board member of dell'Arte Opera Ensemble and has served as secretary for the American Foreign Law Association. She is committed to pro bono legal service and has participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program, the Firm's Laredo Project, and the New York City Her Justice Program.
Prior to law school, Minjae worked at JPMorgan Chase and at a nonprofit focused on international policy research.
