Mike Krause represents corporate clients in actions involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Mike has worked on cases involving enforcing the federal Wiretap Act, intellectual property infringement, and general business disputes in federal courts across the country. Mike is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and has helped clients build and monetize their patent portfolios, with a particular focus on software, data transmission, and internet machines.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Mike served as general counsel for companies in the software and warehouse robotics industries.
