Loren Kole's practice focuses on corporate governance, executive compensation, and federal securities law. She regularly advises clients on corporate governance matters, securities laws, stock exchange rules and regulations, institutional investor expectations, and periodic reporting responsibilities. Loren's practice also includes representing public and private companies in a variety of transactions, including initial public offerings, restructurings, and securitizations.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Loren worked on executive compensation matters for transactions involving the merger of equals between global entertainment corporations, the buyout of an existing special purpose acquisition company by a private equity client, and the acquisition of international subsidiaries by private equity and public companies.
