Zachary Kling practices in the area of U.S. federal income tax, representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, financing, and other transactions.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Zachary worked for a large accounting firm where he advised clients on various aspects of federal taxation, including planning for investments, compliance with reporting and withholding obligations, and resolving disputes with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
