Kevin Kenney focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. He represents multinational technology companies, financial institutions, energy companies, public entities, and health care systems in a wide variety of contractual, trade secret, antitrust, and other disputes. Kevin is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including written discovery, fact and expert witness preparation, federal subpoena practice, and dispositive motion practice.
Kevin also maintains an active pro bono practice. He is an active contributor to the Firm's Constitutional Policing and Civil Justice Reform Initiative. Kevin also represents clients seeking asylum in the United States.
