Jessie Kimball focuses her practice on M&A, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. She advises public and private companies on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and corporate restructurings. She has represented clients in a range of industries, including consumer goods, life sciences, and energy. Jessie also advises companies on general governance matters.

While in law school, Jessie completed an in-house legal externship with a communications company in Atlanta where she gained work experience in human resources and privacy matters. She also participated in a semester-long clinic advising start-up businesses on various legal issues.
