Harshita Khurana's practice focuses on the mergers and acquisitions and project finance aspects of energy and infrastructure projects.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Harshita worked with major law firms in India for more than four years where she acted for project companies, developers, and investors in a wide range of renewable energy projects involving solar and wind power and advised financial institutions, borrowers, and other stakeholders in the financing arrangements of energy and infrastructure projects. She also acted for bidders in the transport (particularly roads and ports) and mining industries in India and assisted with bid structuring, consortium arrangements, and bid-related documentation.
