Dr. Dhohyung Kim's practice focuses on patent prosecution and strategic patent counseling in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. He also provides opinion work such as patentability, validity, noninfringement, and freedom-to-operate opinions.
DK has a Ph.D. in molecular, cellular, and developmental biology and has extensive scientific research experience in immunology and infectious diseases. Prior to transitioning into intellectual property law, DK performed his postdoctoral research in HIV at Harvard Medical School and at the Ragon Institute of MGH, MIT and Harvard.
