Stephanie Jones is a litigator focusing on complex commercial litigation and regulatory investigations. Her practice includes defending clients in putative class actions alleging antitrust claims under the Sherman Act and New York state law, in litigation under the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) and FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act), and in contract disputes. Stephanie has experience representing corporate clients in the pleadings, discovery, motions practice, class certification, and settlement stages of disputes.
Stephanie's recent matters include defending an international financial institution against antitrust claims that it engaged in a group boycott. She was involved in all aspects of discovery, including fact development, written discovery, document production, and depositions.
Stephanie is dedicated to pro bono service and has represented several clients seeking Special Immigrant Juvenile Status and other forms of relief from deportation.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Stephanie worked with a team of lawyers and economists at a regulatory policy think tank, where she co-drafted a D.C. Circuit amicus brief.
