Laura Jacobi represents clients in a variety of complex commercial real estate transactions. Laura's practice focuses on acquisitions and dispositions of multifamily projects, mixed-use projects and hotels, financings, joint ventures, synthetic leases, and leasing. She also represents the Firm's corporate clients in the real estate aspects of their transactions.

Laura's experience includes the representation of: TriGate Capital in the sale of the Mayfair Hotel & Spa, Norfolk Southern Corporation in the construction financing of its corporate headquarters through a synthetic lease transaction, and Blackstone in the $650 million refinancing of its Kensington Portfolio.

Laura is active in the Dallas community and is a member of The Real Estate Council (TREC), Dallas Bar Association, and Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. She also provides pro bono services to TREC's Community Fund in connection with its loans to local nonprofits.
