Mark Jia focuses on appellate advocacy and complex litigation. He has drafted briefs in state and federal courts.
Before joining Jones Day, Mark served as a law clerk to Justice David Souter (ret.) and Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg of the U.S. Supreme Court and to Judge William Fletcher of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Mark has taught and published on several foreign law subjects, focusing on China.
