Kiera Janzen focuses her practice on advising private and public companies and private equity firms on mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions in a range of industries, including gaming, technology, and consumer products. She also has experience counseling clients on corporate governance and other commercial matters.
While in law school, Kiera participated in the Civil Rights Litigation Clinic through the MacArthur Justice Center. She maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in immigration matters and participating in the Firm's Constitutional Policing & Civil Justice Reform Initiative.
