Taylre Janak's practice focuses on business restructurings and insolvency-related matters. She has experience representing debtors and creditors in chapter 11 proceedings and complex bankruptcy litigation and in representing creditors' committees.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Taylre was an associate in the bankruptcy and corporate restructuring practice of a national law firm in New York City. After law school, Taylre clerked for a federal bankruptcy judge in the Northern District of Texas, where she gained valuable experience in corporate bankruptcies.
Taylre is a member of the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC).
