Lydia Ingram practices in tax dispute resolution, assisting multinational companies with complex Australian Taxation Office (ATO) disputes. She also has commercial litigation experience in strategy, written submissions, evidence, witness briefing, and trial procedure.
As a former commercial litigator, Lydia defended a range of high-profile disputes with local and foreign government bodies in relation to copyright infringement, contractual breach, and regulatory enforcement. She has prepared written submissions for and has appeared in the High Court of New Zealand and the Court of Appeal of New Zealand.
