Cristina Isern is a goals-driven lawyer with experience counseling domestic and international clients in all types of matters related to Spanish labor and employment law.
Cristina's practice includes advising clients operating in a wide range of industries (including life sciences and health care, technology, retail, industrial, and automotive) on reorganizations, restructurings, temporary layoffs, and dismissals based on disciplinary and business grounds. Cristina particularly focuses on counseling clients in the compliance of a variety of internationally taken decisions with Spanish employment and labor regulations. Additionally, she assists clients on judicial proceedings before local Employment Courts, High Courts, and the Supreme Court, within the framework of employment relations.
