Cristina's practice includes advising clients operating in a wide range of industries (including life sciences and health care, technology, retail, industrial, and automotive) on reorganizations, restructurings, temporary layoffs, and dismissals based on disciplinary and business grounds. Cristina particularly focuses on counseling clients in the compliance of a variety of internationally taken decisions with Spanish employment and labor regulations.
