Tom Haystead advises on a broad range of large-scale, complex commercial disputes and class actions, including those relating to breach of contract, equitable claims, and actions under the corporations law.
Tom also has significant experience advising clients involved in white collar criminal proceedings and investigations by Australian government regulators and the Australian Federal Police.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Tom worked as a litigator at a U.K. Magic Circle firm and served as an Associate in the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory in Australia.
