Samantha Hall's practice focuses on the benefits and compensation aspects of corporate acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, and joint ventures. She counsels private and public clients on the implementation and administration of employee benefits arrangements and compliance with ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code. In addition, Samantha regularly drafts employment, separation, and retention agreements and equity and other incentive compensation arrangements.

Samantha has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, mining, energy, and insurance. She has assisted in pension de-risking transactions and has experience with employee stock ownership plans.

Samantha is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
