Sajjad Hasnaoui-Dufrenne focuses his practice on white collar crime and litigation. He advises and assists French and international companies, investment funds, and individuals at all stages of civil and criminal proceedings.
Sajjad also counsels companies and their directors on preventing criminal risk by handling risk audits and on implementing in-house procedures, such as compliance policy programs.
In 2019, Sajjad was named "Best Young French Litigation Talent" by Décideurs Magazine and Leaders League.
Sajjad is a teaching assistant at the Catholic University of Paris.
