Natalie Horwitz advises and defends employers in a range of employment-related matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour matters. Natalie is experienced in preparing legal pleadings, drafting dispositive motions, and managing all aspects of discovery. She also has conducted internal investigations of sexual harassment and advises employers on preventative strategies, including developing workplace policies and conducting supervisor and employee training.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Natalie was an attorney for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, where she represented the agency in front of the Merit Systems Protections Board (MSPB) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
