Meredith Holland Kessler focuses on appellate advocacy, motions practice, and complex civil litigation.
Meredith has drafted motions and briefs in matters at all levels of the U.S. federal court system, as well as in international arbitration proceedings. She has experience representing and counseling clients in a wide range of substantive legal areas, including government investigations and regulatory proceedings.
Meredith maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented clients in matters involving First Amendment and civil rights claims.
Before joining Jones Day, Meredith served as a law clerk to Judge Diarmuid F. O'Scannlain of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
