Mathew Hoffmann's practice focuses on counseling policyholders and litigating insurance disputes as well as other complex matters. He has experience negotiating coverage disputes with insurers and represents policyholders in the filing and defense of declaratory judgements.
Mathew also works more broadly on complex litigation matters such as large multidistrict actions, class actions, and arbitrations. His recent work includes defending a pharmaceutical manufacturer against claims brought under the Sherman Act relating to an alleged "product hop."
