Chris Hunchuck focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation involving commercial disputes, derivative litigations, and alleged public nuisances. He has experience assisting clients with legal analysis and research, fact investigations, drafting and responding to discovery, and drafting pretrial discovery and procedural motions.
In addition to commercial litigation, Chris has experience in electronic signature and remote notarization laws and has worked on bankruptcy and insurance matters.
Chris is also active in the Firm's pro bono practice. His experience includes representing asylum seekers through Jones Day's Laredo Project and assisting pro se litigants in arbitration proceedings.
