Hailey Hughes represents clients in a variety of complex commercial real estate transactions. Hailey's practice focuses on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing of commercial multifamily, retail, office, hotel, industrial, and mixed-use properties.
Hailey is also involved in a variety of pro bono initiatives, including representing The Real Estate Council Community Fund in providing loans to nonprofit organizations, interviewing and evaluating cases for The Laredo Project, and creating lease negotiation materials to assist nonprofits and small businesses during and post-COVID-19.
Hailey is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, and The Real Estate Council and serves on multiple committees for the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
